How To Track Your Order
To track your delivery, please click the link below and simply enter the tracking number from your dispatch email or your order details. Alternatively, click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email which will take you directly to the courier's website to track your delivery.
Please note there can be a delay in our couriers' tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. So if you've received an email saying your order's been sent, but it's not showing up on their system, don't panic. Just give it 24 hours and try again.
Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, we are here to help. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number handy.
For all orders over AUD $300, shipping is completely free. Shipping for orders under AUD $300 costs a flat AUD $15 within Australia and New Zealand. Please note that your order value of $300 has to be met after your discount is applied to be valid for free shipping.
Your order will be dispatched the same day if received by 12pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on business working days. Please note that this does not include weekends and public holidays.
Shipping takes within 5-7 working days. However depending on your location, your order can sometimes arrive as quickly as 3 days. Public holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping time.
Please note that due to a high level of orders during sale periods, there may be a slight delay with the dispatch of your order. Feel free to email us if you have any questions but do rest assured we are trying to get your sweater to you as fast as possible!
