How do I track my order?

To track your delivery, simply enter the tracking number from your dispatch email or SMS in the box below and click track.

Please note there can be a delay in our couriers' tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. So if you've received an email saying your order's been sent, but it's not showing up on their system, don't panic. Just give it 24 hours and try again.

Where do we ship?

We ship anywhere in the world (almost). We use a number of carriers depending on which country. If there is a problem shipping to your location, we will let you know at the checkout or via email after you have placed your email.

What are the shipping costs?

For all orders over $300, shipping is completely free.  Shipping for orders $299 and less costs a flat $15 within Australia. Please note if an items if purchased on sale, orders can be delayed as up to 5-7 days. Shipping time also doesn't include weekends or public holidays. 

How fast is delivery?

Your order will be dispatched the same day if received by 12pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on business working days. Please note that this does not include weekends and public holidays.

Shipping takes within 5-7 working days. However depending on your location, your order can sometimes arrive as quickly as 3 days. Public holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping time.

Please note that due to a high level of orders during sale periods, there may be a slight delay with the dispatch of your order. Feel free to email us if you have any questions but do rest assured we are trying to get your sweater to you as fast as possible!

Do I have to sign for my order? 

We know you are busy and may not be available to sign for your order.  If you would like your parcel to be delivered without a signature, please let us know in the notes/comments section of your order or email us. 

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes?

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product prices. Sales tax is calculated according to your shipping location and will be shown once your country is selected at checkout.  

Returns are completely free.

We want you to adore every one of your Banjo & Matilda pieces.  So feel free to select as many styles and or sizes you like, and we will help you return anything which isn’t perfect (excluding Sale items).  We cover all the return shipping costs!

If you would like a different style or size, we will refund you the amount and you can purchase your desired garment at any time. We do not directly process exchanges to ensure you don't miss out during the period we wait for your return to arrive!

All Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We rarely go on sale, but when we do, you will find some incredible Banjo & Matilda pieces at heavily discounted prices so we can make way for new styles. These items strictly cannot be returned or exchanged.
